Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking. A service is confirmed only when Rapid Routes Couriers accepts the job and any stated payment or confirmation requirements have been met. Quotes are based on the information supplied, including items, dimensions, weight, access, route and timing.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate consignment, access and contact information and for identifying fragile, valuable, restricted or unusual goods before a booking is confirmed. Additional or materially different requirements may affect availability and price.

Service-specific terms

Courier bookings may be subject to additional written conditions covering collection, delivery, waiting time, cancellation, prohibited goods, liability and payment. Any booking-specific quotation or confirmation should be read together with those terms.
